Overview
The LayerByte client portal lets you manage all your services, invoices, and support tickets in one place. This guide will help you navigate the most important features.
Logging In
Visit https://layerbyte.net/clientarea.php and log in using your email and password. Forgot your password? Click "Forgot Password?" to reset it.
Managing Your Services
- Go to Services > My Services
- Click on your active service (e.g., VPS, Game Server)
- From there you can view IP details, reboot, shutdown, or reinstall your server
Viewing & Paying Invoices
Navigate to Billing > My Invoices to view and pay invoices. Multiple payment methods are supported for your convenience.
Submitting Support Tickets
- Go to Support > Open Ticket
- Select the correct department (Technical, Billing, etc.)
- Describe your issue and attach logs/screenshots for faster support
Account Settings & Security
- Update your email, password, or contact details under My Details
- Enable Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) in Security Settings for extra protection
